Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not available once files have been downloaded.

If you experience difficulties accessing your files or receive a corrupted download, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Physical Products

If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so that we can assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
